dead men tell no tales...

...and drink no wine, and are therefore no good at parties

Never trust an "expert."

Are you looking to experts to let you know what might happen with gas prices? We're between $2.30-$2.50/gal for the 87 octane stuff here in the Bay, so it might be on people's minds... But whatever you do, don't listen to "experts." From CNN Money:
Two prominent investment banks have come out with very different forecasts on where oil is heading. In March, Goldman Sachs said oil could top $100 a barrel, dubbing the phenomenon a "super spike." But earlier this month, an economist from Morgan Stanley predicted oil prices could collapse. So who's right? Well, maybe nobody. Despite these headline grabbing reports, most economists and energy analysts say the price of oil will probably float between $40 and $60 a barrel for the foreseeable future. Whether that hurts economic growth at home and abroad is another concern.
The Fark headline said it all: "Experts predict oil prices to rise, fall or stay the same. Thanks for the heads-up, asshats" Asshats. Indeed.
