dead men tell no tales...

So for the last couple weeks at work, I've been typing names into a database. As people from the Alameda area request free rides on one of the two San Francisco-bound ferries, I get to type in their name, address, phone number, and email address into a running spreadsheet. It's mind-numbing, and it's not "really" my job... but someone has to do it, and I type fast.

Every once in a while, amidst a sea of @aol.com, @yahoo.com and @alamedanet.net (!) email addresses, someone has a vanity address. Like, firstname@firstnamelastname.com, or marcia@thebradyfamily.com, that kind of thing. Sometimes I go to these sites to see if there is an actual site there (usually it's just some MX server out there)... and that's how I found the very cool panoramic photography of Danny Vint. Do yourself a favor and check out his stuff. Very cool indeed.
